Custom-made digital content
Each order is a one-time purchase of digital content created specifically for you. Because the songs are generated on request from your own story and cannot be reused or resold, purchases are final once the full songs have been delivered.
You hear it before you pay
The preview is not a sample track. It is the first 50 seconds of the two actual songs your payment unlocks. Please listen to both before buying.
We always refund these
Duplicate charges. Payment succeeded but the full songs cannot be played or downloaded. A material technical defect on our side. An order we failed to deliver. Email support@creatune.ai with your Stripe receipt or private order link and we will put it right.
These are not refund grounds
Changing your mind after delivery, disliking the AI voice or musical style, or mistakes in the names, spelling or story you submitted.
Before you pay
An unpaid checkout expires on its own and nothing is charged. You can walk away from an order at any point before payment.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be waived where you live. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
